Facilitated by author and poet Zulynette, this writing experience focuses on using the power of storytelling to explore and express emotions, promoting mental wellness through creative expression inside of a salt cave. The venue is Salt & Souls in Charlotte, which is queer woman-owned. Participants will engage in guided writing exercises that encourage reflection on personal experiences and will have the opportunity to share their writings in an intimate group setting.
